Victor Van Epp's VIDEO does a master job explaining how a plant-based
diet promotes health, reversing heart disease, diabetes 2 and obesity while preventing
stroke and cancer. It is also less
polluting to the environment. For
example, 70% of the grain we grow in the USA is used to feed farm animals; it
takes more than 2400 gallons of water to produce one pound of meat; you would
save more water not eating one pound of meat than not showering for 6 months.

strength sports eating plant-based diets. Plants offer all the protein, calcium, omega 3s, amino
acids, and vitamin D needed to keep us healthy.
