Everyday Health website’s article by Beth Orenstein suggests ten ways to get your 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activities spread over five days a week, or 20 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity on each of three days a week. Be less efficient carrying groceries and laundry, making more trips carrying lesser amounts on each trip… and other useful ways to bring more movement to each day.
