Nurse Researcher Offers Exercise Tips

David A. Boley at John Hopkins University School of Nursing has interesting things to say about physical fitness. According to a
Newswise article, he believes “We have a tendency to focus too much on aerobic exercise,” adding that, “evidence shows that resistance exercises alter the cellular structure of muscle in a way that aerobic exercise doesn’t.”
