How a Plant-Based Diet Can Save America

This new documentary film currently in theaters is a must see, graphically showing how degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed by rejecting animal-based foods, meat and milk.  Interested in preventing obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, stroke, and erectile dysfunction, then read the article by T. Colin Campbell  and Caldwell Esselstyn cutting to the chase.

Vegetarian and vegan diets are not daunting and are flavorable. Desserts are fabulous. Ever have a vegan Tiramisu? Delicious. One restaurant in NYC has made Mondays their Vegitarian/Vegan night and it has become one of their busiest nights. Baby Cakes bakery is very popular and people don't realize the items are vegan. I don't miss meat or dairy and am enjoying vegan cooking. I was basically a vegitarian growing up. I preferred the salads, vegetables and fruits to meat. Try a vegetarian meal once a week. It is my challenge to you.
