Rest and Relaxation

R & R is Essential for Creativity

Julie Lusk,
writes in her Mind Body Help blog the significance of relaxation, including its connection to creativity. Albert Einstein’s quote, “Play is the best research” states this beautifully. According to Julie, “relaxing muscular tension is important to clearing away the mental ruckus and emotional debris to make room for clear thinking.” Good thought Julie!

Hi Jeff,
This is Joon Kim. Remember me from the gym? It's quite an extensive library of information here. It's awesome! I think I now understand why you were such advocate of health maintenance/physical wellness. You've been a long time teacher-- A health educator!
Oh, I feel exhausted from all that exercise today. Sure will I have a good night tonight. Hopefully, all that hours that I’m investing in the gym keep me healthy and be stay productive. It was nice talking to you earlier.
Cheers,
Joon
